When cancelling an EPC survey we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to provide this will result in a charge equivalent to 10% of the full charge. In the instance that pre-payment has been made, a refund of the full amount – minus the 10% late cancellation fee will be made within three (3) working days.

If the appointment is re-scheduled and the survey carried-out at a later date, we will discount the full amount by the amount charged for the previously aborted appointment.

For any product which is supplied but returned because they are defective, Iberswitch SL will either replace on a like for like basis or offer a full refund.

Goods which are returned for refund due to being surplus to requirements must be returned within ten (10) days of receipt and must be received by Iberswitch SL in good working order. In this instance, a full refund minus postage will be offered.

Full refund may be made on all goods, services and supplies where the description of the goods, services and supplies differs from the advertised goods, service or supplies.
