Delivery of goods ordered

We aim to have all orders dispatched within twenty one (21) days of your order being placed. Please ensure you complete your address details fully and correctly when placing your order.

You will receive an email receipt when you complete the purchase process at and you can request a paper IVA receipt when placing your order (use the notes box) if it is required.

Any delivery is subject to acts which are beyond the control of Iberswitch  due to force majeure including (but not limited to) inability to secure labour, power, internet services, materials or supplies, or by any act of God, war, civil disturbance, riot, state of emergency, strike, lockout, or other labour disputes, fire, flood, drought or legislation.
